Pick a package, the number of kids and a theme, or tell us your own idea. Order at least 2 weeks before your party.
We confirm your price
Lumo reviews your order and sends you the final price on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged before you agree.
Reserve your date
Pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due 4 days before delivery.
We deliver to your party
Your favors are made by hand and delivered to your door in Dubai.

How far ahead should I order?
At least 2 weeks before your party. Popular dates fill up, so booking early is best.
How do I pay?
Once Lumo confirms your final price, you pay a 50% deposit to reserve your date. The balance is due 4 days before delivery. We send you the details on WhatsApp.
Why is the price a range?
Each favor is personalized, so the price depends on the theme, the items and the details you choose. Lumo confirms your exact price before you pay anything.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes: 20 favors for Mini Sparkle, 12 for Classic Magic and 6 for Premium Deluxe.
Can I have my own theme?
Yes. Tell us your idea in the order form and we’ll design a fully custom theme. A small setup fee may apply.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Dubai.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Changes are free up to 7 days before delivery, and cancelling 10 or more days before delivery gets your deposit back in full. See the full policy below.

Changes & cancellations
- Changes: You can change the theme, names or quantity free of charge up to 7 days before delivery. If the quantity or package changes, we'll confirm the new price with you.
- Cancelling 10 or more days before delivery: we refund your deposit in full.
- Cancelling less than 10 days before delivery: the deposit isn't refundable, because your favors' materials have been bought and personalized.
- After the balance is paid (due 4 days before delivery): your favors are being made, so payments aren't refundable.
- If Lumo ever has to cancel, we refund everything you've paid.
